Services We Aim To Provide

Montana Healthcare’s aims are to provide Domiciliary Care provision holistically; the service delivery package will include provision for support in all aspects of a person’s life.  Montana Healthcare’s support is person centred to meet a person’s individual needs.  Each individual will receive support from a Core Group of staff identified with appropriate skills and experience to meet an individual’s presenting needs. 

We aim to provide the following services:-

  • ·         Domiciliary Care in a service user/families home to develop independent, learning and living skills
  • ·         Supporting individuals to maintain social and family links as well as accessing leisure and recreational activities within the                   community
  • ·         Daytime opportunities programme development to enable participation in a programme of activities.
  • ·         Consultancy (previous experience with Local Authorities)
  • ·         Training (previous experience with Local authorities)
  • ·         Assessment 
  • ·         Support to existing situations experiencing some difficulties in support to individuals.

                     
Supported Living

Montana Healthcare support individuals with complex needs to live within a supported living environment.

We support individuals in a number of supported living developments in South Wales Area
